South Campus Hall
W Store offers an online order pick-up service out of South Campus Hall (SCH) as an alternative delivery option for your online order.
You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up with a reminder email 14 days later. If your order is not picked up within 30 days after payment processing, it will be marked as abandoned and will be recycled. Abandoned orders cannot be refunded.
Select the “Pick-up in South Campus Hall” option under the “Campus Pick-Up” tab at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. Please keep an eye on your emails for a confirmation email that will let you know your order is ready to go. For our Online Order Pick-up hours of operation, please visit our Locations + Hours page.

Campus Residence and University Colleges
W Store offers online order delivery to your campus residence or University College. Select your residence or University College from the options under the “Campus Pick-Up” tab at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. This service is only available for current residents of the options shown. Please be sure to note the pick-up location and hours of your selection.
Please note, there is a $2.99 fee for all residence pick-up options.
SLC lockers
Online orders are available for pick-up at the lockers located in the SLC between the Turnkey desk and Brubakers Food Court. When placing an online order, select the “SLC Locker” option under the “Campus Pick-Up” tab at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. Locker pick-up will be available 24/7/365.
When your order is placed in the locker, you will be sent a pick-up code by email. Use this code on the lockers to access your package. You will have up to three days to pick-up your order.
Please note, there is a $2.99 fee for SLC locker pick-up.
Starting on February 1, 2024, there will be a $2.99 fee for pick-up in-store, pick-up lockers and pick-up in residence.
Winter 2024 Return Updates: Returns for in-store purchases may be facilitated at a W Store or W Store Essentials location during regular hours of operation. Please see below for details. Returns for online purchases may be mailed back to W Store. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your returned product. We are not responsible for lost shipments and shipping fees are not refundable. Please see below for details. All returns must include a completed copy of the W Store Web Return Form (if purchased online), along with the original invoice/receipt. Important notice: Due to a large volume of orders, web order returns may take up to 45 days to be processed. Please see below for list of exceptions. Textbooks and Course Materials Return Deadline Textbooks and study guides must be postmarked before the listed return deadline. The return deadline for the Winter 2024 academic term is January 26, 2024. After this date, refunds for special circumstances are at the discretion of store management. Access codes, e-texts and other digital course materials that have not been redeemed are returnable subject to the Textbooks and Course Materials Return Deadline. All digital course material returns should be emailed to wstore@uwaterloo.ca and must include a completed copy of the W Store Web Return Form. Returns for access codes that have been redeemed are at the discretion of store management and subject to approval. Please see list of exceptions below. General Merchandise Return Deadline (Clothing, School Supplies, Dorm Essentials, Gift Items, etc.) General merchandise items purchased online must be postmarked by or returned within 30 days of the first delivery attempt. After this date, refunds for special circumstances are at the discretion of store management. Items purchased in-store should be returned in-store within 14 days of original purchase. Please see below for list of exceptions. All web returns must include a completed copy of the W Store Web Return Form, along with the original invoice/receipt. Refunds will be processed in Canadian dollars. If your order was cancelled, or you received a partial shipment, a refund will be processed automatically. Returns will be processed to the same method of payment used in the original transaction. For items accompanied by a gift receipt, refunds will be processed to a W Store gift card. We will make every effort to process exchanges for items similar to the original purchase. If a similar item is not available, the returned merchandise may be exchanged for other in-store items of equal or lesser value, with no compensation for the difference. Please see below for exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent via mail/courier will be shipped at buyer’s expense. A shipment method with a tracking number is recommended. All returned items are subject to inspection and at the discretion of W Store. Must include original tags, and be unopened in original selling condition. Please package securely to avoid damage in shipping. Once an order is processed for pick-up, an initial notification is sent to the email address provided. An additional contact attempt will be made, reminding you to pick up your order. If the order is not picked up within 60 days of the initial contact attempt, your order will be marked as abandoned and will be recycled. Abandoned orders are not eligible for refund. Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for the following items: Ink jet cartridges, custom configured computers, demo products, software licenses, print on demand, courseware/lab manuals, lab supplies, faculty-approved calculators, course kits (e.g. dissection and molecular kits), custom orders, school rings, leather jackets, drinkware, face masks, convocation hoods, used technology products (adapters, headsets, earbuds, etc.) and items marked final sale or clearance. These items are not applicable to receive a refund . Gift card purchases are final sale and are not redeemable for cash. Some technology purchases may have warranty coverage that differs from above. You should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery but generally speaking, you should receive your frame within 2 weeks depending on where you are located.

The diploma frames we offer online and in-store are 15 inches by 20 inches. They hold a document that is 10.5 inches by 15.5 inches, which fits the diplomas granted from the University of Waterloo since 2012.

You can easily insert your diploma into the quick-loading frame. There are no screws, wires or complicated assemblies. Follow the below steps:
- Press down and rotate the clips to release them from the frame
- Lift out the hardboard back and mat
- Expose the adhesive on the back of the mat by removing the protective strips. Center the mat right side up over the image to be framed and gently press down along adhesive strips to secure the image. Press down and rotate clips to release them from the frame.
- Turn the matted image over and further ancho the image in place with a piece of tape. Insert the matted image into the frame
- Replace the hardboard back, and return the clips to their original locked position
- Hang the framed image, either horizontally or vertically, from opening molded into the clips.
