Course Materials (including textbooks, study guides, iClickers, access codes and solutions manuals) are returnable for a full refund until the date shown on the sales receipt. After this, refunds for special circumstances are at the discretion of store management.
A receipt is always required when returning your books.
Shrink-wrapped textbooks and packages must remain unopened. We also need the original sales receipt and the textbook must be in new condition. (So hold onto your receipt until you’re sure it’s no longer needed.)
After the textbook return deadline, returns will be subject to a 50% refund. Textbooks may only be returned if the course has been dropped.

Final sale items also include custom orders, school rings, drinkware, calculators, ink jet cartridges, custom configured computers, demo products, software licenses, lab manuals, DVDs, sale or bargain books, dictionaries, medical reference books, bar charts, lab supplies, print on demand rainchecks, student agendas, reference test books (LSAT, MCAT, etc.) and select course supplies kits (e.g., dissection and molecular model kits).
Of course. Show us your original sales receipt and we will replace defective items.
Pay with cash and you will receive cash back. If you paid by WatCard, credit or debit card, a refund will be issued by the same method with the original card.
Please remember to hold onto your original sales receipt. We need it to make this refund.
