Set up a MyRicoh account at using the serial number(s) from your device(s). The S/N is located on the label on the front of the device.

On the MyRicoh Portal, you can order supplies, submit and review service requests, and gain access to a customer resource centre containing training videos, manuals, and a knowledge base. There is also an option to chat directly with a Ricoh agent.

Toner, drum, waste cartridges and service are included at no charge. Staples are not included and can be purchased from W Store. Please email John Jaray for the Ricoh Staple Refill Cartridge for SR3310/SR3320 (5000 per cartridge, 2 per carton).

For any requests, please submit through the Jira Service Management portal.
