Early Bird pricing is available for the month of March, for orders placed that allow for a 72-hour turnaround. Orders must be placed during business hours. Where you can use gift cards
Gift card make a great gift for all UWaterloo students and alumni. These gift cards are redeemable at any participating W Store, W Store Essentials or W Print location for the purchase of goods and services. Gift cards have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Returns of any merchandise purchased with a gift card will be credited to a gift card only. Use of a W Store gift card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined by the University of Waterloo. Our gift cards don't have an expiry date.

W store offers customized UWaterloo leather and faux leather jacket options year-round. The University of Waterloo text is featured on the back of the jacket and the UWaterloo official crest is on the front. Customize your UWaterloo Jacket with the options of your graduation year, degree or both on the jacket sleeves. You can also personalize the back of your jacket with the University name and your program (e.g. Waterloo Engineering). Classic fit and slim fit patterns are available. These custom jackets are bomber-style, so the overall fit is relaxed. These jackets are custom-cut to your specific measurements and sewn to order. Please visit the Robing Room (SLC 1208/1212) at least one hour prior to your ceremony beginning. • Visit wprint.ca
• Click W Print Self-Serve
• Log in with your WatIAM userID and password
• Select Web Print from the left-side menu
• Click Submit a Job and select a public virtual printer
• Select Print Options and Account Selection
• Input the number of copies and upload your documents
• Click Upload & Complete
• Wait for the status of your print job to be Held in a queue
• Visit any W Print Self-Serve device
• To log in tap your WatCard on the black square next to the touch screen
• Select release job
• Press print
• To log out tap your WatCard on the black square pad next to the touch screen
