If you do not pre-order your gown and hood, you can rent both items the day of your convocation ceremony. Please visit the Robing Room (SLC 1208/1212) at least one hour prior to your ceremony beginning. Please note: sizes cannot be guaranteed for rentals made the day of your ceremony. Pre-booking is highly recommended. On-site rental fees: Black gown + hood $70.00/PhD regalia $90.00

UWaterloo Diploma Frames

Showcase your diploma and portrait in an official Waterloo frame to display at work or home. All frames feature an acid-free double mat with the University of Waterloo logo elegantly embossed. Choose from a selection of diploma frames, portrait frames and packages.

You can pre-order your frames and pick them up at convocation on the day of your ceremony – ready to go as soon as you receive your diploma! When selecting your frame and placing the order, review the shipping options and select the day you will be attending:

- Friday, October 25 (Faculties of Environment, Health, Mathematics and Science)

- Saturday, October 26 (Faculties of Arts and Engineering)

On the day of your ceremony, find the W Store tent to pick up your order. Pre-ordering will end on October 10.

UWaterloo Grad Rings

Celebrate your achievement with a distinguished symbol of your UWaterloo pride - a school ring. To book an appointment contact wstore@uwaterloo.ca or visit the jewellery counter inside W Store in South Campus Hall to view our ring selection and place your order.
