Convocation Regalia
If you did not pre-order your gown and hood, you can rent both items the day of your convocation ceremony. Please visit the Robing Room (SLC 1208/1212) at least one hour prior to your ceremony beginning. Please note: sizes cannot be guaranteed for rentals made the day of your ceremony. On-site rental fees: Black gown + hood $70 / PhD regalia $90
UWaterloo Diploma Frames
Showcase your diploma and portrait in an official UWaterloo frame to display at work or home. All frames feature an acid-free double mat with the University of Waterloo logo elegantly embossed. Choose from a selection of diploma frames, portrait frames and packages.
If you pre-ordered your diploma frame, they will be available for pick-up on the day of your ceremony. On the day of your ceremony, find the W Store tent to pick up your order.
Pre-ordering for Spring Convocation is no longer available. Frames will be available to purchase during Convocation at the W Store tent on the day of your ceremony, or available to shop in-store at South Campus Hall anytime during store hours.
