W Store is collaborating with the department of Aviation to offer custom Aviation merchandise for a limited time. 

This is the pre-order page. Pre-orders are being accepted from Friday November 29 2024 to Friday December 13, 2024 until midnight. Orders will be fulfilled 6 to 8 weeks after the pre-order page closes. 

All these products are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. As these items are custom products. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled past Friday December 13, 2024.

There are two listings for each item in case customers are interested in customizing their Aviation merchandise with custom names. Please ensure you check-out with the correct item depending on if you would like custom name embroidery or not. 

If you would like custom name embroidery on the sleeve, please select the correct listing and enter in your requested custom name embroidery in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section when checking out in your cart. If you choose to purchase multiple items please specify if your custom name embroidery will be the same across all the products. If not, please specify which apparel item is to have what as the custom name embroidery. 

Store pickup is available at no extra charge for custom orders. Please enter the University of Waterloo's shipping address if you wish to pick up at W Store in South Campus Hall.
